How It Works

Student experience varies by school, but typically they complete their weekly coursework at their own pace when it works best for them, maintaining regular contact with their assigned teacher for feedback and support.

While the program and its availability varies by school and state, most students enrolled in a school’s Flex program aren’t required to attend live classes, except for specific sessions or academic support related to special education, English Language Learner (ELL) services, dyslexia support, state compliance, or other school-required sessions. They can also attend live virtual classes or watch recordings as needed and transition back to a more traditional online school model.
