Important Announcement

The last day to submit an application for the 2011–2012 school year is Wednesday, February 29, 2012.

We will begin accepting applications for the 2012–2013 school year on Thursday, March 1, 2012. If the number of applications received by 5 PM ET on April 13, 2012 exceeds the total number of available seats, we will conduct a lottery to determine enrollment for the 2012–2013 school year on April 23, 2012. Students placed on the waitlist will be awarded seats as space becomes available. Siblings of current ARVA students will be given first priority.

To be eligible for the lottery, should one be required, you only need to complete step 1 below.

Please note that kindergarten students must be five years old and first grade students must be six years old by August 1, 2011 in order to enroll.

After you have completed the online application, download and submit the required forms in the ARVA Enrollment Forms Packet.

Once you submit your application, you will be assigned a Personal Admissions Liaison (PAL) who will assist you through the enrollment process, answer all of your questions, and conduct your admissions conference over the phone. During this conference, your PAL will verify your student's information, relay school policies, and review the responsibilities of both the student and the Learning Coach.

Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents your student will be approved. You may review your student's enrollment status by logging in to your online account.
