Stride—through its K12-powered schools—has been a leader in online learning for more than 20 years. Stride Career Prep enables and empowers a more personalized academic experience, giving students and families the power of the classroom at home and a path to the future. Students have the opportunity to start thinking about their future as early as middle school with career exploration courses,* and can continue to focus their path in high school. They can take career electives, prepare for industry certification exams, plus get access to support services like internships, networking opportunities, and career clubs. Stride Career Prep is offered at Stride K12-powered tuition-free and tuition-based schools across all 50 states.* Students also have the option to remain in their local school and participate in Stride Career Prep on a part-time, more flexible basis through K12 Private Academy.

High school students at Stride K12-powered public schools have exclusive access to our Success Coaches. They meet virtually with students to offer advice on creating resumes, networking, interviewing, financial aid, college preparation, internships, and more—all at no cost.

**Stride Career Prep is a program for grades 9–12. At some schools, career exploration is offered in middle school.
†Many Microsoft®️ Office certificates can be earned after completing one course. Other certificates require more classes to be better prepared, and students who participate in the program for at least two years will have further preparation for certification testing.
