How to Enroll
Enrollment is open for the 2018–19 school year.
For grades K–5, follow the instructions below to apply.
For grades 6–12, contact the program administrator at 503-359-2555 to apply.
Students must reside in Forest Grove School District. If you reside outside of the district you need your current district to sign a waiver unless it is in an open enrollment window during March.

Create an Account
Enrolling your student is important - but it shouldn't be difficult. We've designed our enrollment process to provide you with the tools, resources and guidance you'll need, any time you need it.
Complete the Admissions Process
To complete the Admissions Process, you'll provide more detailed information about your student, submit necessary documentation and fulfill any additional requirements related to your student's enrollment.
FGSD Online has some specific requirements that are important for you to note before you get started:
- Birth Certificate (copy of Official Birth Certificate - not Hospital issued Birth Certificate)
- Proof of Residency - (i.e. Mortgage Statement or Lease or Utility Bill in the name of the legal guardian showing proof of address)
- Immunization Record
- IEP, 504, EP - if applicable

Receive Official Approval
Upon successful completion of the enrollment process, your student will be approved. Please check your email for important information regarding your student's approval and how to access the Online School.
