MyDistrict Virtual School is a part of the North East Florida Education Consortium (NEFEC) in Florida. Students in grades K–12 (dependent on the school district) are eligible for the school if they reside in one of the following counties:

Baker, Bradford, Columbia, DeSoto, Dixie, Gilchrist, Glades, Hamilton, Hardee, Hendry, Highlands, Lafayette, Levy, Monroe, Nassau, Okeechobee, Putnam, Taylor and Union
