How to Enroll
Important Announcement
We're currently accepting K-8 students for an immediate start and high school enrollments in grades 9-11* for a second semester start.
Begin the process of enrolling your student(s) by following the steps below.
*Please note: 12th-grade applications will not be accepted for second semester high school.

How to Enroll
Step 1. Complete Online Enrollment ApplicationNew families set up a user account.
Are you a returning family, or have you already set up an account? Continue your enrollment or check your student’s enrollment status.
If you are enrolling a kindergartener, please note that your student must be five years old by September 15, 2009.
Step 2. Submit Required FormsAfter you have completed the online application, download and submit the MOU Request Letter and other required forms included in the WYVA Enrollment Forms Packet:
- Download the WYVA MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) Request Letter and submit by hand (preferable) to student’s district of residence superintendent’s office. For a complete list of Wyoming school district offices, please visit us here.

If you are unable to fax, please mail the documents to:

Our goal is to have the 2009-2010 enrollment process take no more than two weeks to complete. Please submit these additional required documents within 7-10 days of completing the online application in order to achieve this goal.
Step 3. Approval Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents your student will be approved. You may review your student’s enrollment status by logging in to your online account.

Materials
Once your student's enrollment is approved, materials will be shipped to you prior to your student’s first day of school.
Orientation
Please plan to attend a live Parent Orientation or other event in your area before school starts. Visit our events calendar for a full listing of events in your area. The first ten days of school will include other required online orientation sessions. These online sessions are designed to help parents and students become more acquainted with the school, teachers, the K12 curriculum and to assist with a successful start to the year.
Teacher Assignment
Your teacher will contact you prior to the first day of school. This contact may be via email, phone and/or you may be invited to a new family event to meet your teacher.
