WIVA's administrators are committed to ensuring the finest education possible for your children. From providing expert tools and strategies to teaching materials and parent support, our staff is dedicated to making sure that you have what you need to deliver a well-rounded, enriching education to your children. Here are some of the people who maintain WIVA's high standards of education:

Dr. Leslye Moraski Erickson, Head of School

Dr. Leslye Moraski Erickson is our head of school, and brings with her six years of working with schools who use the K¹² curriculum. Her past titles include high school teacher, school counselor, and administrator. Leslye earned her BS from Northern Michigan University in speech education and English. She also has an MA from Central Michigan University in guidance and counseling, and an MS in educational administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her PhD, also from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is in educational leadership and policy analysis. Prior to her new role at WIVA, Leslye was key in launching the K-8 program in Wisconsin. Most recently, she's launched and directed two high school programs. Leslye is excited to be part of the new team at WIVA.
