How to Enroll

Important Announcement

We're currently accepting K-8 enrollments for the fall semester and high school enrollments for a second semester start.

Begin the process of enrolling your student(s) by following the steps below.

Enrollment Steps


Apply Step 1. Complete Online Application

New families set up a user account.  

  • Special Note: The county in which a student resides will determine the program they will be enrolled in. Please fill in your county of residence in the online application to ensure the correct WAVA program is selected.

Are you a returning family, or have you already set up an account? Continue your enrollment or check your student’s enrollment status.

Please note that kindergarten students must be five years old by August 31, 2009, in order to enroll.


Forms Step 2. Provide Required Forms
After you have completed the online application, fax or mail the following required documents:

Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents your student will be approved. You may review your student’s enrollment status by logging in to your online account.

Materials

Once your student's enrollment is approved, materials will be shipped to you prior to their first day of school.

Orientation

Please plan to attend a Parent Orientation or other event in your area prior to the beginning of school. Your first ten days of school will also include required online orientation sessions. These online sessions are designed to help parents and students become better acquainted with the school, teachers, the K¹² curriculum and to assist with a successful start to the school year.

Teacher Assignment

Your teacher will contact you prior to the first day of school. This contact may be via email, phone and/or you may be invited to a new family event to meet your teacher.
