How to Enroll
Step 1. Complete Online Enrollment ApplicationNew families set up a user account.
Have you already set up an account? Continue your enrollment or check your student’s enrollment status.
Step 2. Submit Required FormsAfter you have completed the online application, download and submit the required forms included in the VAVA Enrollment Forms packet and submit your Out-of-District Registration Fee (if necessary).
For students residing outside of Carroll County Public School District, please submit the $500 per-student (not to exceed $1,000 per-family) Out-of-District Registration Fee by mailing a check or money-order to:

Our goal is to have the 2009-2010 enrollment process take no more than two weeks to complete. Please submit these additional required documents within 7-10 days of completing the online application in order to achieve this goal.
Step 3. Approval
Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents and out-of-district transfer fee (if required), your student will be approved. You may review your student’s enrollment status by logging in to your online account.
