Use the process below only if you wish to enroll a full-time student in Utah Virtual Academy.

If you're interested in enrolling in individual courses as supplement to the education your student is receiving at another Utah public school, first be sure to read all of the information about our Individual High School Courses, then follow the enrollment process outlined on our Steps to Enroll in Individual Courses page.

New Full-time Families: Set up a user account for full-time enrollment.

Returning Full-time Families: Continue your full-time enrollment or check your student's enrollment status.

Please note that full-time students must be at least 5 years old and no more than 19 years old by September 1, 2012 in order to enroll. Also, students with special needs cannot exceed 22 years of age by September 1 of the year of their enrollment.

Full-time Students Only: After you have completed the online application, fax or mail the following required documents:

Please submit these additional required documents within 7–10 days of completing the online application.

Full-time Students Only: Once you submit your application, you will be assigned a Personal Admissions Liaison (PAL) who will assist you through the enrollment process, answer all of your questions, and conduct your admissions conference over the phone. During this conference, your PAL will verify your student's information, relay school policies, and review the responsibilities of both the student and the Learning Coach.

Full-time Students Only: Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents, if we have not reached our enrollment cap, your student will be approved. When/if we reach our cap, a waitlist will form. Waitlist offers will be extended as space becomes available. You may review your student's enrollment status by logging into your online account.
