School is in full swing. Now’s your chance to get acquainted, or reacquainted, with the Texas Virtual Academy@Southwest at one of our rescheduled events.
Whether you're already enrolled in TXVA@Southwest or are just interested in learning more, these events will offer a wealth of information on both the school and the K¹² curriculum.
Events will be held at museums in Houston and Dallas. Both are unique venues that will offer students and families alike a chance to make new friends and important connections. TXVA@Southwest teachers and administrators will be on hand to field important questions and to discuss ongoing experiences about the current school year, school policies, the K¹² Online School, and community activities.
These events are also an opportunity for you to hear from the new TXVA@Southwest head of school, discuss your experiences from the current school year, and immerse yourself in the TXVA@Southwest school community.
Dr. Bror Saxberg, K¹²'s Chief Learning Officer and the big brain behind the K¹² curriculum, will be making his first trip to Texas, visiting with families who have been a part of the school since the beginning, those joining for their first year, and those interested in learning more. He'll be there to answer any questions you may have about the K¹² curriculum.
