Rising 7th Grade Requirement
For the 2012–2013 school year, all students entering, advancing or transferring into 7th grade will need proof of an adolescent whooping cough booster immunization (called "Tdap") for school in the fall.

Important Announcements
We’re now accepting applications for the 2012–2013 school year!
Students will be accepted and offered a seat on a first come, first served basis until we reach our enrollment and/or grade level capacity for the upcoming school year. Applications received after we have reached our enrollment and/or grade level capacity will be placed on a waitlist and offered a seat in the order in which they successfully complete steps 1 and 2a below.

Steps to Enroll
New families: Set up a user account.
Have you already set up an account? Continue your enrollment or check your student's enrollment status.
Note: Please complete the online application to the best of your ability. If, while submitting the online application, you are uncertain about some of the prompts or have questions about the process, please contact an Enrollment Consultant at 877.382.3466.
After you have completed the online application, download and submit the required forms in the SV Flex Enrollment Forms Packet:

Parents and/or legal guardians, as well as each student, must attend a mandatory Enrollment Orientation Session as part of the enrollment process.
Once you submit your application, you will be assigned a Personal Admissions Liaison (PAL) who will assist you through the enrollment process, answer all of your questions, and conduct your admissions conference over the phone. During this conference, your PAL will verify your student's information, relay school policies, and review the responsibilities of both the student and the Learning Coach.
Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents, your student will be approved. You may review your student's enrollment status by logging in to your online account.
