Rising 7th Grade Requirement
For the 2012–2013 school year, all students entering, advancing or transferring into 7th grade will need proof of an adolescent whooping cough booster immunization (called "Tdap") for school in the fall.

We're now accepting applications for the 2012–2013 school year!
The number of applications received prior to 5:00 pm on Friday, February 3, 2012 did not exceed our enrollment capacity for Fall 2012. Therefore, a lottery will not be required to determine initial seat offers. Applications will now be processed and approved in the order in which they complete the enrollment steps below.

After you have completed the online application, download and submit the required forms in the SF Flex Enrollment Forms Packet:
- Download the English version of the SF Flex Enrollment Forms Packet
- Download the Spanish version of the SF Flex Enrollment Forms Packet
Please plan on submitting the documents/forms during your attendance at one of our Enrollment Orientation Sessions.
If you are unable to bring your documents to an Enrollment Orientation Session, please fax them to 877.843.5907, or scan and email to sfflexfax@k12.com.*

Parents and/or legal guardians, as well as each student, must attend a mandatory Enrollment Orientation Session as part of the enrollment process.

Once you submit your application, you will be assigned a Personal Admissions Liaison (PAL) who will assist you through the enrollment process, answer all of your questions, and conduct your admissions conference over the phone. During this conference, your PAL will verify your student's information, relay school policies, and review the responsibilities of both the student and the Learning Coach.

Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents, your student will be approved. You may review your student's enrollment status by logging in to your online account.
