How to Enroll

You can still enroll your K-12 student in SCVCS. K-8 students are able to join school immediately, and high school students can enroll for the second semester, which begins January 13.

K¹² and the South Carolina Virtual Charter School get your kids thinking big. Don’t miss your chance to make a change in your student’s education.

Step 1. Complete Online Enrollment Application

New families set up a user account.

Are you a returning family or have you already set up an account? Continue your enrollment or check your student’s enrollment status.

Please note that kindergarten students must be five years old by September 1, 2009, in order to enroll.

Step 2. Submit Required Forms
After you have completed the online application, download and submit the required forms in the SCVCS Enrollment Forms Packet:

Please fax the documents to: 866.529.0168

If it's not possible to fax, please mail the documents to:

Our goal is to have the 2009-2010 enrollment process take no more than two weeks to complete. Failure to submit the required documents in a timely manner may result in your child being placed on a waiting list.

Please maintain copies of all documents you fax for enrollment and keep the user name and password to all accounts you establish with SCVCS. Keep the fax numbers you use to send the documents and also keep the names and phone numbers of each person you speak with.

Step 3. Approval
Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents your student will be approved. You may review your student’s enrollment status by logging in to your online account.
