Materials
Once your student's enrollment is approved, materials will be shipped to you prior to their first day of school.
Teacher Assignments
Your teacher will contact you prior to the first day of school. This contact may be via email and/or phone.
Learning Coach Orientation
Before you log in on your first day of school you will be provided tutorial sessions that cover topics such as computer set-up, the Online School (OLS) and what to expect as a new Learning Coach. As your child’s primary Learning Coach, you will be required to attend an orientation session prior to the beginning of school. Learning Coaches must also attend ongoing training sessions to be scheduled throughout the year.

Steps to Enroll
New families: set up a user account.
Are you a returning family or have you already set up an account? Continue your enrollment or check your student's enrollment status.
Please note that kindergarten students must be five years old by September 1, 2011, in order to enroll.
After you have completed the online application, download and submit the required forms in the SCVCS Enrollment Forms Packet:

Our goal is to have the 2011–2012 enrollment process take no more than two weeks to complete. Failure to submit the required documents in a timely manner may result in your child being placed on a waiting list.
Please maintain copies of all documents you fax for enrollment and keep the user name and password to all accounts you establish with SCVCS. Keep the fax numbers you use to send the documents and also keep the names and phone numbers of each person you speak with.
Once you submit your application, you will be assigned a Personal Admissions Liaison (PAL) who will assist you through the enrollment process, answer all of your questions, and conduct your admissions conference over the phone. During this conference, your PAL will verify your student's information, relay school policies, and review the responsibilities of both the student and the Learning Coach.
Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents your student will be approved. You may review your student's enrollment status by logging in to your online account.
