Antibiotic Resistance Lab

Students will investigate the resistance of one species of bacteria to different antibiotics. The lab will take place in the K¹² Virtual Science Lab. The lab is designed to resemble a real laboratory. Improper handling of materials or lack of attention to the experiment could contaminate student samples or introduce other experimental error. To become familiar with the lab and the tools the student will use, view the demonstration walk-through (by clicking YES) on the opening screen.

Students will form a conclusion and summarize their results by answering questions in the Lab Report.
