MNVA is open to full-time, Minnesota residents in grades K–12. We offer a personalized approach to education, a full suite of academic and school support services, career and college prep for grades 6–12, and adherence to required state testing.

Our teachers are committed to helping your family succeed with online learning. They provide instruction and support as your child works through the curriculum. And they keep the lines of communication open through email, phone, online “Class Connect” sessions, and online and in-person activities. ISMN is open to full-time, Minnesota residents in grades 6–12. We offer a personalized approach to education, a social and emotional support program and family support team, exceptional programs to help struggling students excel, and block scheduling and balanced course scheduling.

Student Success Programs

To be successful, it’s important to understand how online learning works. They’ll complete a mix of online lessons and offline activities, using K12-provided books and materials. State-licensed teachers provide instruction in virtual sessions called “Class Connects.”

Our Story

Each of us are on a journey of discovering our purpose and calling in life.

For me personally, it started at a Young Life camp in British Columbia where I realized as a teenager I was “fearfully and wonderfully made” for something beyond myself. Through my career in law, business and education, I developed the knowledge, skills and desire to serve others through innovation and nontraditional programs. My volunteer work in Malawi, Africa over the last decade helped me see education as the bridge of opportunity to transform nations. And when the pandemic opened up the world to the possibility and benefits of online learning, I knew it was time to launch a network of faith-based online schools and programs that would serve students in the US and around the world.

School Opening and Location

MU Prep held its inaugural first day of school on August 3, 2022, for Indiana residents only. For the 2023–2024 school year, MU Prep has expanded to offer our innovative, virtual full-time enrollment to students in grades K–10 in more than 30 states. We will also offer grades 11 and 12 in the coming years. MU Prep-Indiana offers a fully virtual program to students across the state and a hybrid learning option, including in-person learning at Marian University in the heart of Indianapolis, Indiana.
