We're accepting K–12 students for Fall 2012!

If you are interested in enrolling a student in grades K–12 for the 2012–2013 school year, please complete the online enrollment application and submit all required documentation, including a completed Transfer Application, or OVCA cannot consider your student for admission.

*Please note that an application must be submitted for each student wishing to enroll. All online enrollment steps, as well as the Transfer Application, must be received or OVCA cannot consider your student for admission.

Follow the steps below to enroll for the 2012–2013 school year.

Steps to Enroll

New Families: Set up a user account.

Are you a returning family, or have you already set up an account? Continue your enrollment or check your student's enrollment status.

Please note that 1st grade students must be six years old by September 1, 2012 in order to enroll. Students entering high school may not be older than 19 by September 1, 2012 in order to enroll in OVCA.

After you have completed the online application, download and submit the required forms included in the OVCA Enrollment Forms Packet, including the Transfer Application*:

*Please note that all students wishing to enroll in Oklahoma Virtual Charter Academy for the 2012–2013 school year must complete all online enrollment steps and submit their Transfer Application. OVCA cannot consider your student for admission if this important compliance document is not received.

Once you submit your application, you will be assigned a Personal Admissions Liaison (PAL) who will assist you through the enrollment process, answer all of your questions, and conduct your admissions conference over the phone. During this conference, your PAL will verify your student's information, relay school policies, and review the responsibilities of both the student and the Learning Coach.

Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents, including the completed Transfer Application, your student will be offered a position in the school. It is the responsibility of each family to inform Oklahoma Virtual Charter Academy of their acceptance of an enrollment position in order to guarantee each student(s) position in the school for the 2012–2013 school year. You may review your student's enrollment status by logging in to your account.
