Family Gathering
- Slideshow of all 2008-2009 events as families are taking their seats prior to the beginning of the event session
- Head of School welcome and introductions
- Showcase for OHVA teachers and how they support our families
OHVA School Displays
- Curriculum displays by grade level that will be manned by teachers.
- Operation Lemonade/Service Projects – families can get tips on setting up their own stand, as well as all of the other activities OHVA students are involved in.
- Enrollment/Registration – families can get a detailed overview of the steps to enroll and, for those that are really proactive, begin the enrollment process on-site.
- HS/Student Council – families can view all the clubs and activities that are available through OHVA, as well as get more information on the Student Council.
- Community Connections – families can familiarize themselves with the opportunities that OHVA provides to keep students and parents connected throughout the year.
Treasure Hunt
- Students, beginning at a grade-level curriculum table, will be given a series of clues that will navigate them through museum exhibits and the OHVA display area, ultimately ending with them finding a treasure chest full of OHVA goodies.
