MNVA Online Intent to Enroll Form - Parents

By completing the MNVA Online Intent to Enroll Form below, you have begun the enrollment process for your 9-12 student for the second semester of the 2009-2010 school year, and you also get a jump on enrolling your K-8 student for 2010-2011.

Note: All families will need to complete the additional enrollment steps; however, the next step of the enrollment process is only open for grades 9-12 at this time. If you are enrolling a K-8 student, you can continue with enrollment in March 2010.

Completing the additional enrollment steps is a necessary component of the enrollment process and may prevent processing delays of your student's application; however, you are under no obligation to complete the additional steps until you receive notification from MNVA via e-mail.
