Most, but not all, Minnesota school districts require a Non-Residential Agreement. This is a form that will need to be supplied as part of the enrollment process, and requires a signature from the student's resident district superintendent or representative. Failure to complete this form may prevent your student from being approved in a timely manner.

If a student has previously open enrolled out of their district of residence, parents should refer to the district they are presently enrolled with to obtain the appropriate required signature. If the student is currently home schooled, parents should refer to their resident public school to obtain the required appropriate signature.

The following school districts do not require Non-Residential Agreement Forms. If you determine that your student resides in a district that does not appear on this list, you will need to provide a Non-Residential Agreement form as part of the required additional documents, which can be downloaded upon completing the online enrollment application here .
