How to Enroll - High School

Important Announcement: We are accepting second semester enrollments for grades 9-12 for students wishing to start in January 2009. Follow the steps below to join us!

First semester enrollment for MNVA high school closed on Monday, September 8.

Families wishing to enroll students in grades K-8 should go here to start the process.


Step 1. Complete Online Application

Returning Families – Log in to your existing account


Step 2. Provide Required Forms

For students applying for Full-Time (Comprehensive) Enrollment: After you have completed the online application, download and complete the Full-Time (Comprehensive) Enrollment Packet.

For students applying for Part-Time (Supplemental) Enrollment: After you have completed the online application, download and complete the Part-Time (Supplemental) Enrollment Packet.

For both full- and part-time enrollments, please fax the documents to 866-523-3160.

If you are unable to fax, please mail the documents to:

In order to expedite your student's enrollment, please submit these additional required documents within 7-10 days of completing the online application.


Step 3. Placement Conference

After you've completed steps 1 & 2, a placement specialist will contact you to discuss your student's course level.

If enrolling in grade 9, course selection/placement is based on Minnesota requirements for entering high school students.

If you are enrolling a student in grades 10-12, course selection/placement is based on your student’s previous credits earned. We require your child’s complete transcript prior to conducting the placement conference.

Once transcripts have been received and reviewed, a placement counselor will contact you regarding placement.
