Leverage the Experience of Seasoned Administrators

LVS and LVHS administrators are professionals dedicated to making a virtual school a very real learning experience. Here are the people who work behind the scenes to respond to your needs.

Sarah Berger is the Head of School for Lawrence Virtual High School. She was a school leader at Arizona Virtual Academy prior to joining us at LVHS and brings the experience and passion necessary to build a strong high school program that will prepare students for success in college and beyond.

Keith Wilson is the Head of School for Lawrence Virtual School. He is midway through his third decade in education, having worked in virtual school settings, brick and mortar settings and unique combinations of the two throughout the country. He has served school communities as a school administrator, project manager and VP of development. Additionally he has been an adjunct professor for Kansas Newman University and served as an Educational Consultant. He has a double major in Education and Special Education from Augustana College in South Dakota and a Masters Degree in Educational Administration from South Dakota State University. He and his wife Melissa have five children who have experienced the unique variety of school settings that Keith has served. He believes that given the challenges facing the brick and mortar world and our society as a whole, coupled with the incredible advances that technology is making by the minute that the Virtual School World is in a position to assume an even greater role in serving students and families in the years to come. This growth and impact is directly tied to meaningful student growth and family satisfaction.

Jana Lloyd is the Assistant Head of School for grades K-8. She joined LVS in its infancy, teaching both middle and high school science. Her passion for educating the whole student and meeting their individual needs is evidenced by her students' success.

Susan Siler joined LVHS in the school’s first month of operation. An educator for twenty years, Susan is excited to be a part of developing the foundation of success that LVHS will thrive upon. As a registrar and teacher, Susan is a valuable asset to the high school.
