Technical FAQs
How do I get my username and password?
At the beginning of the enrollment process, parents will create their own usernames and passwords to set up a K¹² account. This username and password will be used to access the learning management systems via the OLS Login button found on the K¹² International Academy homepage. Once the enrollment process is complete, parents can also set up a username and password for each student enrolled in the school. The student will also access the learning management systems via the OLS Login button found on the K¹² International Academy homepage. Please note that student courses will not be visible until the enrollment session start date.
What are the hardware and software requirements?
Students enrolling in the K¹² International Academy must have Internet access, preferably high-speed, though dial-up speed (56Kbps) is acceptable. Students must supply their own computers and peripheral devices (printers, scanner for certain courses). To access the online portion of the K¹² curriculum, computers must meet the minimum hardware and software specifications as outlined here.
