- Birth Certificate (or other acceptable proof of age)
- Acceptance of Payment and Refund Terms
- Signed agreement form from the Student/Parent Handbook

Note: Not all forms found in the Enrollment Forms Packet are required for part-time enrollment. Follow the instructions within the Online Enrollment Application for submitting your documents.
Complete Placement Tests for grades K–9 (optional)
If you are enrolling a student in grades K–9, administer the K¹² Math and Language Arts placement tests, which will help us to determine the appropriate courses for your student. Your student may start the placement tests while you are gathering the required forms.
Note: placement tests are optional and not required for part-time enrollment.
To take the placement tests, log in to your Enrollment Dashboard and click "Begin" in the Tests column next to your student's name. You will receive detailed instructions there.
There are no placement tests for students enrolling in grades 10–12. Instead, you may submit an official school transcript to help us determine the appropriate courses for your student.
Placement Conference (optional)
If you've chosen to have your student take a placement test, a placement specialist will contact you to discuss your student's course level.
Note: placement conferences are optional and not required for part-time enrollment.
