How to Enroll

Important Announcement

We're currently accepting K-8 students for an immediate start. Second semester high school enrollment for the 2009-2010 school year will open soon. Please check back in late November for information on enrollment for students in grades 9-12.

Begin the process of enrolling your student(s) by following the steps below.

How to Enroll

Apply OnlineStep 1. Complete Online Enrollment Application

New families set up a user account.

Are you a returning family, or have you already set up an account? Continue your enrollment or check your student’s enrollment status.

Please note that kindergarten students must be five years old by September 1, 2009, in order to enroll. 

Forms Step 2. Submit Required Forms
After you have completed the online application, download and submit the required forms included in the IDVA Enrollment Forms Packet::

Please fax your documents/forms to 208.554.2104 .

If you are unable to fax, please mail the documents to:

Our goal is to have the 2009-2010 enrollment process take no more than two weeks to complete. Please submit these additional required documents within 7-10 days of completing the online application in order to achieve this goal.

approvalStep 3. Approval
Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents your student will be approved. You may review your student’s enrollment status by logging in to your online account.

Materials

Once your student(s) enrollment is approved, materials will be shipped to you before your student’s first day of school.

Orientation

Please plan to attend a live Parent Orientation or other event in your area before school starts. Visit our event calendar for a full listing of events in your area. Your first ten days of school will include other required online orientation sessions. These online sessions are designed to help parents and students become more acquainted with the school, teachers, the K¹² curriculum and to assist with a successful start to the year.

Teacher Assignment

Your teacher will contact you prior to the first day of school. This contact may be via email, phone and/or you may be invited to a new family event to meet your teacher.
