Steps to Enroll
Complete the Online Enrollment Application
Please note that kindergarten students must be five years old by September 1, 2013 in order to enroll.
Submit Forms and Documentation
After you have completed the online application, download and submit the required forms included in the IDVA Enrollment Forms Packet:
Please fax your documents/forms to 208.955.2337 or scan and e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.*
*Please note: While this e-mail is a secure inbox for required compliance documents, it is not meant for correspondence. For questions on the enrollment process, please contact your assigned Personal Admissions Liaison (PAL).
If you're unable to fax and/or e-mail your documents, please mail them to:
ATTN: Idaho Virtual Academy Enrollment Processing
c/o K12 Inc.
2300 Corporate Park Dr.
Herndon, VA 20171
Our goal is to have the enrollment process take no more than two weeks to complete. Please submit these additional required documents within 7–10 days of completing the online application in order to achieve this goal.
Once you submit your application, you will be assigned a Personal Admissions Liaison (PAL) who will assist you through the enrollment process, answer all of your questions, and conduct your admissions conference over the phone. During this conference, your PAL will verify your student's information, relay school policies, and review the responsibilities of both the student and the Learning Coach.
Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents your student will be approved. You may review your student’s enrollment status by logging in to your online account.
Thanks for your interest in the Idaho Virtual Academy. We look forward to you and your family joining our school community soon.
