Kelly Morando, Master Teacher
Kelly Morando has been a teacher for 12 years. Before this position, Mrs. Morando was employed at the Ohio Virtual Academy for four years as a lead teacher, coordinator of the Advanced Learner Program, and K-6 elementary teacher. Mrs. Morando recently moved to Georgia from Ohio and previously taught third grade at a private school and a charter school before teaching gifted students in grades 3 through 12. Mrs. Morando received a B.S. in Education from Gannon University and an M.S. in Gifted Education from Youngstown State University.

Susan Bridwell, Middle School Master Teacher
Susan Bridwell has been a teacher for twenty-four years. She helped open GVA as an elementary lead teacher before accepting the position of Middle School Master Teacher. Susan’s passion is the middle school learner, teacher support, and student services. Prior to joining the world of virtual education, Susan taught middle school students in Gwinnett and Dekalb counties in Georgia. She worked with the leadership teams at those schools as grade level head and department chair, developing curriculum and supervising teachers. Susan’s undergraduate degree is in elementary education from the University of Central Florida. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Emory University.
