How to Enroll

Important Update: First semester enrollment for the 2009-2010 school year is now closed.

Step 1. Complete Online Enrollment Application

New Families set up a user account.

Are you a returning family, or have you already set up an account? Continue your enrollment or check your student’s enrollment status.

Please note that kindergarten students must be five years old and first grade students must be six years old by September 1, 2009 in order to enroll.

Step 2. Provide Required Forms
After you have completed the online application, download and submit the required forms in the GVA Enrollment Forms Packet

Please fax the documents to: 866.991.3020

If it's not possible to fax, please mail the documents to:

Our goal is to have the 2009-2010 enrollment process take no more than two weeks to complete. Please submit these additional required documents within 7-10 days of completing the online application in order to achieve this goal. 


Step 3. Approval
Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents your student will be approved. You may review your student’s enrollment status by logging in to your online account.
