Materials

Once your student's enrollment is approved, materials will be shipped to you prior to their first day of school.

Teacher Assignment

Your teacher will contact you prior to the first day of school. This contact may be via email, phone and/or you may be invited to a new family event to meet your teacher.

Orientation

Please plan to attend a live Parent Orientation or other event in your area before school starts. Visit our events calendar for a full listing of events in your area. The first ten days of school will also include required online orientation session. These online sessions are designed to help parents and students become more acquainted with the school, the K¹² curriculum and to assist with a successful start to the year.

Important Announcement

Enrollment for the 20122013 school year is now open.

If the number of applications received by 5pm EST on May 15, 2012 exceeds the total number of available seats, we will conduct a lottery to determine final enrollment for the 2012–2013 school year. Students placed on the waitlist will be awarded seats as space becomes available. Returning GCA students and siblings of current GCA students will be given first priority.

To be eligible for the lottery, should one be required, you only need to complete step 1 below.

Steps to Enroll

1: Complete Online Application

New Families: Set up a user account.

Have you already set up an account? Continue your enrollment or check your student's enrollment status.

Please note that kindergarten students must be five years old and first grade students must be six years old by September 1, 2012 in order to enroll.

2a: Submit Forms and Documentation

After you have completed the online application, download and submit the required forms in the GCA Enrollment Forms Packet.

2b: Admissions Conference

Once you submit your application, you will be assigned a Personal Admissions Liaison (PAL) who will assist you through the enrollment process, answer all of your questions, and conduct your admissions conference over the phone. During this conference, your PAL will verify your student's information, relay school policies, and review the responsibilities of both the student and the Learning Coach.

Approval

Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents your student will be approved. You may review your student's enrollment status by logging in to your online account.
