Who We Are

Our Program at a Glance

All Florida school districts are required to offer an online, or "virtual," school program to students who reside within their district. Many districts have already contracted with K¹² to offer the same exceptional curriculum and management services formerly used by students in the Florida Virtual Academy, a school that earned a grade of "A" for three years running, in the 2006-2007, 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 school years. See the full list of the districts that have chosen K¹² here.

The Florida Virtual Program is a consortium of K¹²-managed virtual district programs that use the K¹² curriculum to offer Florida students in grades K-12 an exceptional learning experience. With individualized learning approaches, the Florida Virtual Program provides the tools kids need to succeed—in school and beyond.

Here's why Florida families are choosing K¹² Virtual Programs for their kids:

  • Experienced, state-certified teachers who are available online and by phone.
  • The exceptional, engaging K¹² curriculum, which covers both the core subject areas and electives.
