I forgot my password; what do I do?
- Click the Forgot Password link on the user log-in screen. Complete the instructions and your password will be e-mailed to your account on file.
Can I change my password?
- Yes. Go to the My Account area of the OLS homepage and click "Edit." Follow the instructions for changing your password.
I received my materials shipment, but items are missing or broken. What do I do?
- Please report any materials issues here.
How do I report an error with your website and/or lessons?
- Lessons: Click the Feedback button on any page to e-mail us with ideas, suggestions, and comments.
  
  Website: Use the Contact Us form to let us know your ideas, suggestions, and comments.
How do I find my next lesson/assessment?
- We recommend you start the day with the lesson scheduled in your Daily/Weekly Plan area of the Online School.
