Summer School
When you add K¹² to your summer program, you can add valuable options, cost-efficiently. We offer online courses that meet or exceed state and national standards and are adapted for a condensed 8-week summer session. We enable teachers to adjust pacing and content as appropriate. We make it economically feasible for you to deliver individualized learning in a lab setting or as a distance learning solution.
Easy Implementation
Our staff will provide you with the support you need to successfully implement an online summer school program. This can be ideal for students who:
- Need to retrieve a lost credit (pass a course they failed)
- Want to get ahead in a foreign language or another subject
- Would like to prepare for high school, e.g., 8th graders looking to take a high school course as a transition to 9th grade
- Want to explore new electives which might not fit into their regular schedule (e.g. web design)
Your Teachers or K12 Teachers
You can use our certified teachers or have us train your teachers in the most successful methods of online instruction. Either way, teachers have the flexibility to adjust pacing and content based on the requirements for your school’s summer program.
Systems Support and Proprietary Tools Will Keep Your Summer Program Running Smoothly
The K¹² Learning Management System (LMS): Our web-based learning management system helps teachers take charge of online lesson content, lesson scheduling, progress reporting, assessments, and communication.
Total View Schools: This system provides visibility into your student and teacher performance and serves as a secure internal communications network for students, teachers, parents, and staff. Total View allows teachers to interact with students on a one-to-one basis, to individually offer quality feedback—something both teachers and students love.
