Recruitment & Enrollment
Reaching Out to Students Who Need You Most
Schools often struggle with finding ways to increase and/or maintain their student body. When you partner with K12, you get the benefit of our expertise in the areas of student recruitment and enrollment.
Recruitment
K¹² provides Student Outreach and Communication Services to raise awareness of your program in your community. With this support, our partners are able to meet their enrollment target goals of the program, allowing for effective planning and budgeting.
Enrollment
The K¹² Enrollment, Placement and Registration (EPR) Program guides enrolling families through your school’s unique enrollment process, from initial inquiry to application submission and course placement, relieving you of this administrative burden. The user-friendly EPR Program provides a single source of communication with families, guiding them though the forms and verifying that all necessary fields are completed.
Placement counselors then call each family for a detailed consultation on the appropriate placement of each student in courses.
Once parents complete the process, the data is captured in K12’s student information system, so school administrators with the appropriate user rights can continue the enrollment process. Also, reports capture data entered into online enrollment and their registration status. This report is an excel file and is updated on a daily basis.
The EPR can be tailored to fit your school's specific process, and helps reduce your data entry needs to increase data accuracy and review and approval turnaround time.
