World Languages
powerspeaK¹² doesn’t rely exclusively on a "listen and repeat," "trial and error," or "rote memorization" approach to teaching language. Rather, powerspeaK¹² was designed specifically for kids. Unlike language learning programs meant for adults that are repackaged for kids, powerspeaK¹² taps into the innate ability kids have to learn languages more quickly and easily than adults.

Elementary School: Designed for Grades 3 to 5
Elementary School Levels 1-2 are geared for younger minds. Highly visual and amusing stories and activities encourage students to begin telling stories themselves. Emphasis is placed on acquisition of listening and reading skills, while providing a foundation for building students' capacity for speaking and writing.
Middle School: Designed for Grades 6 to 8
A multi-media, game-based approach makes this different from traditional approaches. Advanced techniques are used to turn compelling adventures and activities into rigorous lessons in grammar and vocabulary. These courses provides a solid foundation for reading, speaking, writing, and understanding and cultivate a passion for the language through exposure to culture and dynamic experiences of real people and real places. Courses also feature cutting-edge adaptive learning technology that lets students select the learning style that’s right for them.
