K12 Online Academies
Working with local and state school districts, state education
agencies, and the U.S. Department of Education, K12 provides
its learning program, including curriculum, tools, and materials,
as well as teacher support and training to schools across the
country. In partnership with the finest public e-schools and
teachers in the country, K12 has become the leading
curriculum provider serving K-12 online schools.
Most of the online schools using the K12 curriculum are the
top-performing e-schools in their state. And a recent study
conducted by the state of Ohio showed that students using the
K12 curriculum accelerate faster than over 95% of students in
traditional Ohio public schools. *
K12 High School
The K12 High School program gives students the freedom to
unleash the independent thinker inside them, and helps them
get a rewarding education experience that will allow them to be
who they are, and become who they want to be.
Our High School program integrates the best of "anywhere,
anytime" learning, peer camaraderie, pre-college readiness,
and instructional support. The program offers both teacher/
student and student/student interaction—so kids become both
well-educated and well-socialized. And parents are afforded an
enhanced role in ensuring a rich high school experience.
K12 Consumer Direct
K12 Consumer Direct gives families who are interested in
home education the ability to buy K12 products independently,
including online individual or bundled courses, books, CDs
and other hands-on materials.
