How to Enroll

CVCS is currently accepting applications for students in grades K-11 for the 2009-2010 school year. Please follow the steps below to begin enrolling your student(s).

Step 1. Complete Online Enrollment Application

New families set up a user account.

Are you a returning family, or have you already set up an account? Continue your enrollment or check your student’s enrollment status.

Please note that your student must reside within the Chicago City limits and be five years old by September 1, 2009, in order to enroll.

Step 2. Provide Required Forms
After you complete the online application, download and bring completed original copies of the required forms in the CVCS Enrollment Forms Packet to the Learning Center.

These documents must be delivered in person to the CVCS Learning Center.

Our goal is to ensure that the 2009-2010 enrollment process takes no more than two weeks to complete. To help us achieve this goal, please submit these additional required documents within 7-10 days of completing the online application.

Step 3. Approval
Provided a seat offer is granted to you and receipt and successful review of submitted documents, your student will be approved. You may review your student’s enrollment status by logging in to your online account.
