Enroll in Open Valley Virtual Academy

Enrollment for students in grades K-12 for the 2009-2010 school year is now open! K¹² and the Open Valley Virtual Academy get your kids thinking big. Don’t miss your chance to make a change in your student’s education.

Eligibility Requirements
Students residing in Stanislaus, San Joaquin, Calaveras, Tuolumne, Mariposa, Merced, Santa Clara, and Alameda Counties are eligible for enrollment in the program.

Step 1. Complete Online Application

New families: Set up a user account .

Have you already set up an account? Continue your enrollment or check your student's enrollment status.

Please note that your kindergartener must be five years old by December 2, 2009 in order to enroll.


Step 2. Provide Required Forms

After you have completed the online application, download and submit the required forms in the Open Valley Virtual Academy Enrollment Forms Packet:

Please fax your documents/forms to 209.892.7116.

Our goal is to have the 2009-2010 enrollment process take no more than two weeks to complete. Please submit these additional required documents within 48 hours of completing the online application in order to achieve this goal.


Step 3. Approval

Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents your student will be approved. You may review your student’s enrollment status by logging in to your online account.
