Everyday Language and Literature

Course Description

Students build strengths in reading and understanding literary works, writing in specific genres, and applying grammar skills. Through a selection of culturally diverse readings, students do research to communicate for different purposes and to different audiences. Students use language to express individual perspectives, articulate arguments and solutions, evaluate text and multimedia, and communicate information in real-life settings.
