K¹² online sessions are conducted using online collaboration software by Elluminate Live! and Blackboard Collaborate. If this is your first time attending a K¹² online session, you will need to install the free Elluminate software on your computer, a quick and easy process. Once this is done you will be ready to join us online for any K¹² session in the future without the need to go through this process again.
Visit Blackboard support, where in Step 1 your system will automatically be checked to make sure it meets the requirements for installation. Then, click on the Configuration Room link in Step 2 to start the automatic installation, which will take only a minute or two. Steps 3 and 4 are not necessary for your attendance.
Be sure to log into your session well in advance of the start time to allow time to check that you can see and hear correctly, and to resolve any access issues. If you do have difficulty accessing the session, please contact Blackboard support directly.
