This unique event will allow you and your family to learn about COVA, or, if you're already enrolled, to connect with their classmates and COVA teachers and staff.
Come discover—or rediscover—what COVA is all about, learn about the possibility of a new approach to education with COVA, and explore some of the exhibits available at the Denver Art Museum. As your opportunity to meet other families and get information about virtual schooling with the K12 curriculum and COVA in an interactive and immersive learning environment, this is an event you don't want to miss!

Throughout the evening, you will also have the opportunity to enjoy many sections of the museum. In addition, there will be interactive areas devoted to all aspects of the COVA experience:
Curriculum in Action
We'll have computers set up so you can view grade-specific lessons in the online school platform, as well as displays of the K12 curriculum and details on foreign language courses from powerspeaK¹². Teachers from grades K-12 will be available for questions and discussion.
Artists Corner
This area features fun interactive activities for kids including a special art project.
Enrollment/Special Services
Staff members from the Gifted and Talented program (GATE), Special Education, and other areas of expertise will be on hand to answer all of your questions and walk you through the enrollment process.
Community and Family Support
Here you can see examples of the many opportunities families have to make connections with the COVA community, including our booster program. You'll get family support and event information, see if COVA is right for your family, as well as get information from the Colorado Coalition of Cyber Schools about their innovative community of online learners.
