How to Enroll

Enrollment for students in grades K-12 for the 2010-2011 school year is now open!

Begin the process of enrolling your student(s) by following the steps below.

Enrollment is limited to residents of certain counties . Please fill in your county of residence in the online application to ensure the correct CAVA school is selected.

New Families set up a user account

Are you a returning family, or have you already set up an account? Continue your enrollment or check your student’s enrollment status.

Please note that kindergarten students must be five years old by December 2, 2010, in order to enroll.


After you have completed the online application, fax or mail the following required documents:

• Download the CAVA Enrollment Forms Packet specific to your county

Our goal is to have the 2010-2011 enrollment process take no more than two weeks to complete. Please submit these additional required documents within 7-10 days of completing the online application in order to achieve this goal.


Once you submit your application, you will be assigned a Personal Admissions Liaison (PAL) who will assist you through the enrollment process, answer all of your questions, and conduct your admissions conference over the phone. During this conference, your PAL will verify your student’s information, relay school policies, and review the responsibilities of both the student and the Learning Coach


Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents your student will be approved. You may review your student’s enrollment status by logging in to your account .
