Who can enroll in CAPCS Online?
Students in grades K-8 who reside in the District of Columbia are eligible to enroll in CAPCS Online.

What about four-year-old kindergarten?
CAPCS Online doesn't offer a four-year-old kindergarten program. Children must be age five on or before October 1 in order to participate. New students must be age six on or before October 1 in order to participate in first grade.
