Follow the steps below to begin the enrollment process.

Steps to Enroll

Complete the Online Enrollment Application

Please note that students enrolling in Arizona Virtual Academy must be five years old by September 1, 2013 for kindergarten, and six years old by September 1, 2013 for Grade 1.

Students enrolling in 9th grade in Insight Academy of Arizona must demonstrate completion of 8th grade through official transcripts or home school portfolios.

Submit Forms and Documentation

After you have completed the online application, download and submit the required forms included in the Arizona Virtual Academy/Insight Academy of Arizona Enrollment Forms Packet:

Our goal is to have the enrollment process take no more than two weeks to complete. Please submit these additional required documents within 7–10 days of completing the online application in order to achieve this goal.

Admissions Conference

Once you submit your application, you will be assigned a Personal Admissions Liaison (PAL) who will assist you through the enrollment process, answer all of your questions, and conduct your admissions conference over the phone. During this conference, your PAL will verify your student's information, relay school policies, and review the responsibilities of both the student and the Learning Coach.

If you would like to enroll your student at one of our K¹² at the Y i-Learn Center locations, please indicate your interest during your admissions conference. You will receive an email within 48 hours from a member of our K¹² at the Y team. You will then have the opportunity to determine which location and sessions are best for you, and to ask any questions that you may have.

Approval

Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents your student will be approved. You may review your student's enrollment status by logging in to your online account.
