Who are AZVA Back-to-School Socials for?
These events are for currently enrolled families, and for those families thinking about enrolling their children in the Arizona Virtual Academy. Kids are very welcome at these events.
How many people may I bring with me?
Families will be able to register one adult and up to five students and/or families members for a total of 6 attendees. Additional attendees above six per group will be asked to pay $3/per additional guest upon onsite check-in. We're asking that families only register for one Back-to-School Social event.
What will there be for the kids to do?
Fun activities will be a part of each event, including a "People Scavenger Hunt" that will give students and new families the opportunity to learn about their fellow classmates and make friends that they can stay in contact with through the entire school year!
What else do I need to know?
Each Back-to-School Social will feature pizza and soft drinks for families in attendance. Any additional food items and/or specific dietary requests will be the responsibility of families requiring substitutions.
