Event Details

It's a new school year! Now's your chance to get acquainted, or reacquainted, with the Arkansas Virtual Academy and have some family fun!

Families thinking about the Arkansas Virtual Academy for their kids will learn everything they need to know about how online learning works with ARVA and K¹². Returning families will be able to get up to date on ARVA happenings, get reacquainted with old friends and school staff, and get answers to all those questions about the school and the curriculum that have popped into their heads over the summer.

And don't forget to bring the kids—these events will be filled with fun for the whole family!

For the Little Rock Zoo event on August 23, please arrive promptly at 9:00 am to allow for ample time for on-site check-in. Space is limited for this event, so it is important to pre-register online—we cannot guarantee admission for walk-ins.

What do I need to bring?
You may want to wear comfortable clothes and bring sunscreen, as these events are outside. Food will not be provided at the Little Rock event, so you may want to bring snacks for your family. The Fayetteville event will feature traditional picnic fare, so if you have specific dietary needs or food allergies, please plan accordingly.
